Every booking confirmation includes a direct support link and phone number you configure. Most "can't get in" situations are resolved in under 60 seconds — the customer tries their PIN again, or you resend it from your dashboard in one tap. We also watch your door around the clock: a failed door attempt, or a door system that stops answering, reaches you by email and text within 15 minutes.
Yes. Your OpenTeeSheet dashboard shows live bay occupancy based on access logs. When a PIN is used to enter, the session is marked active. You can see which bays are occupied, when each session started, and when it's scheduled to end — from your phone, anywhere.
PINs auto-expire at the end of the booked session, so re-entry after time is up is blocked automatically. Customers receive an SMS reminder 15 minutes before their session ends. If they want more time, they can extend through the booking link and pay for another hour — you capture the revenue without lifting a finger.
You can configure a buffer window between bookings (typically 15–30 minutes) during which bays are unavailable to book. A cleaning team with a staff PIN can access during this window. The buffer time is excluded from public availability automatically — no manual blocking required.
