1.Acceptance

By using OpenTeeSheet — whether to find and book tee times as a consumer or to list and manage your venue as an operator — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using OpenTeeSheet on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We'd prefer you did, but these terms exist to protect everyone. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

2.The Service

OpenTeeSheet is a two-sided marketplace operated by Heron Networks LLC. We provide: • A consumer-facing tee time finder where golfers can discover and book real course tee times and simulator bays directly with venues. • A venue-facing SaaS platform (dashboard, booking management, access control integrations, and payout tools) for golf courses and simulator studios. We are a technology platform, not a venue. We do not operate or own the facilities listed on our platform. Venues are independent businesses responsible for the quality, safety, and availability of their services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3.Venue Accounts

To list your venue on OpenTeeSheet, you must: • Provide accurate information about your venue, pricing, and availability • Maintain a valid Stripe account for receiving payouts • Keep your tee sheet and bay availability up to date — persistent inaccuracy may result in suspension • Honor all bookings confirmed through the platform • Comply with all applicable local laws, permits, and health and safety regulations Venues are responsible for the accuracy of simulator descriptions, pricing, access instructions, and any PIN or access codes provided to guests. You may not use OpenTeeSheet to collect payment outside the platform for bookings initiated through it. We may charge a platform fee or subscription as described on our Pricing page. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.Consumer Accounts

To make bookings, you must provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number. You agree to: • Arrive within your booked time window and not overstay your session • Treat the venue and its equipment with respect • Not share your PIN code or venue access credentials with anyone outside your booked party • Not book time you don't intend to use — repeated no-shows may result in account suspension You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. Minors may use facilities only when accompanied by an adult account holder.

5.Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a booking, you authorize a charge to your payment method for the full booking amount at time of confirmation. Refund policy: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking start time: full refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking: no refund, unless the venue cancels or is unreachable. • Venue cancellations: you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. • No-shows: no refund. Some venues may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be displayed at checkout before you pay. If a venue's policy conflicts with the above, the venue's policy applies. Disputes should be directed to hello@openteesheet.com. We will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. We are not liable for the quality of any venue's services.

6.Prohibited Uses

You may not use OpenTeeSheet to: • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data • Resell or transfer bookings to third parties for profit • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications • Circumvent or disable any access control or security feature • Violate any applicable law or regulation Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

7.Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. Consumers: You may delete your account in account settings or by emailing hello@openteesheet.com. Pending bookings will be honored or refunded per the cancellation policy. Venues: You may cancel your venue subscription at any time, from the Billing section of your dashboard. No notice period is required, and we charge nothing to cancel. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and consumer bookings you accepted for dates in that period must still be honored, or refunded per the cancellation policy above. After termination, your venue listing will be removed and payouts for completed bookings will be settled within 14 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, persistent inaccuracies, or actions that harm other users or the platform. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: OpenTeeSheet and Heron Networks LLC are not liable for: (a) the quality, safety, or suitability of any venue's facilities; (b) personal injury or property damage occurring at a venue; (c) lost, stolen, or damaged equipment; (d) any venue's failure to honor a booking; (e) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our direct actions.

9.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in Santa Barbara County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Heron Networks LLC. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at openteesheet.com/terms. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
