Common questions
Is there really zero commission?
Zero. Nada. You pay your flat monthly fee and keep every dollar your customers pay you. We make money from subscriptions, not by taking a cut of your bookings.
What payment processor do you use?
Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account so payments go directly to you. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply — that's the card network's fee, not ours.
Can I migrate from GolfNow or another platform?
Yes, and you drive it. Setup is self-serve: add your bays, hours, and pricing, connect your Stripe, and run OpenTeeSheet alongside your current system while existing bookings finish out. There's no bulk import yet, so historical bookings stay where they are. We wrote the whole playbook, including the GolfNow notice period, at /migrate.
What smart lock systems do you support?
igloohome, RemoteLock, Kisi, Seam and Salto KS. Those five have working integrations, each tested end to end. Locks from other brands, such as Schlage, Yale or August, work when they are connected through Seam.
Do you work for real courses, not just simulators?
Absolutely. OpenTeeSheet supports traditional tee sheet management with handicap index display, GPS cart integration hooks, and ranger tools. It works for both.
